- 1 grater

ingredients:
- oat flakes
- water
- sweetened concentrated milk
- honey
- sugar
- apple
- lemon juice
- walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds

(for 4 people)
1/ 4 spoons of oat flakes, 8 spoons of water, 4 spoons of sweetened or full-cream condensed milk, honey or sugar, 8 apples, juice of 2 lemons.

2/ Just before the meal mix the oat flakes with water, the condensed milk and the lemon juice.

3/ Grate the apples, unpeeled and washed.

4/ Mix together without stopping. When using cream add 2 spoons of sugar.

5/ Depending on taste sprinkle 2-3 spoons of walnuts, hazelnut and grated almonds (you can replace the condensed milk with yoghurt).


You can add slightly chopped fruits (600 gr of strawberries, raspberries, currants or bilberries) or prunes (400 gr) apricots (300 gr) which will need to be soaked for 12 hours beforehand, stoned and cut into cubes.
