Potato Fritters

(for
4 people)
1/ 300 gr of raw grated potatoes,
previously drained on a tea-towel.
2/ 1 tea-spoon of salt + 1
egg. Mix well.
3/ Remove some of the water
using a spoon (the water rises to the surface because of the
salt). 1 soup spoon of flour. Mix well as far as the bottom
(optional : a little fresh cream).
4/ Fry in 1 cm of boiling oil.
5/ Turn when the first side
is golden.
6/ Drain.
Eat
immediately. |
